摘要
以超临界CO2萃取法提取的滇牡丹籽油与凤丹牡丹籽油为原料,以酸值、碘值、皂化值、过氧化值及两种牡丹籽油脂肪酸组成为品质评价指标,以DPPH自由基清除率及对酪氨酸酶抑制率为活性评价指标,对比研究二者品质和活性。结果表明:滇牡丹籽油与凤丹牡丹籽油的酸值(KOH)分别为1.628 mg/g和1.724 mg/g,碘值(I)分别为172 g/100 g和168 g/100 g,滇牡丹籽油的皂化值(KOH)为186.4 mg/g,在药典规定的注射用油皂化值(KOH)(185~200 mg/g)范围内。二者清除DPPH自由基能力均高于橄榄油,滇牡丹籽油清除DPPH自由基能力稍低于凤丹牡丹籽油,而抗酪氨酸酶活性强于凤丹牡丹籽油。
With acid value,iodine value,saponification value,peroxide value and fatty acid composition as quality evaluation indexes,and DPPH scavenging rate and inhibition rate of tyrosine as activity evaluation indexes,the quality and activity of Paeonia delavayi seed oil and Paeonia sect.Moutan DC seed oil were compared.The results showed that acid values of Paeonia delavayi seed oil and Paeonia sect.Moutan DC seed oil were 1.628 mg KOH / g and 1.724 mg KOH / g respectively,and iodine values were 172 g I / 100 g and 168 g I /100 g respectively.The saponification value of Paeonia delavayi seed oil was 186.4mg / g,which was in the range of the saponification value of oil for injection in pharmacopocia(185-200 mg KOH / g).The scavenging abilities of Paeonia delavayi seed oil and Paeonia sect.Moutan DC seed oil on DPPH free radical were both higher than olive oil.The scavenging ability of Paeonia delavayi seed oil on DPPH free radical was slightly lower than that of Paeonia sect.Moutan DC seed oil,while its anti-tyrosine activity was stronger than that of Paeonia sect.Moutan DC seed oil.
