棕榈油脱臭馏出物中生育酚及生育三烯酚的富集

Enrichment of tocopherol and tocotrienol from palm oil deodorizer distillate

采用工业化从大豆油脱馏出物中富集维生素E的工艺,对棕榈油脱臭馏出物中生育酚及生育三烯酚进行了富集。结果表明,采用酯化、酯交换、一次分子蒸馏、冷析、树脂吸附分离、二次分子蒸馏的工艺,可将棕榈油脱臭馏出物中生育酚及生育三烯酚含量从1. 29%浓缩到95%以上,收率可达70%以上。

The industrial production process of enriching vitamin E from soybean oil deodorizer distillate was carried out to enrich the tocopherol and tocotrienol in palm oil deodorizer distillate.The results showed that the tocopherol and tocotrienol in palm oil deodorizer distillate could be concentrated from1.29%to over 95%by esterification,transesterification,primary molecular distillation,crystallization,resin adsorption and secondary molecular distillation.The yield of tocopherol and tocotrienol could reach more than 70%.
