摘要
目的 建立卡托普利片的含量测定方法。方法 采用 5 ,5’ -二硫 - 2 -硝基苯甲酸作衍生化试剂的分光光度法测定含量。结果 以 4 10± 1nm为测定波长 ,在 1.0~ 2 0 .0 μg·ml-1范围内有良好的线性关系 ,C =16 .396A - 0 .0 0 82 (r=0 .9999)。平均回收率为 99.83% ,RSD =0 .6 2 % (n =6 )。结论 所用方法简便、快速、准确、结果满意。
OBJECTIVE To establish a methoed to determine the contents of Captopril tablets.METHODS A derivative spectrophotometry method was used to determine the content of captopril compared with reference standard at wavelength 410±1 nm using 5,5'-dithio-bis( 2-nitrobenzoic acid)(DTNB) as derivative reagent.RESULTS The calibration curve appeared a good linearity relationship within the range of 1.0-20.0 μg·ml -1 of captopril.The regression equation was C=16.396A-0.0082(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.83% with RSD of 0.62%(n=6).CONCLUSION A simple and accurate method was established to determine the content of captopril in Captopril tablets.
