摘要
针对直接金属沉积成形(DMD)的工艺特点,设计了一维、二维实验和三维成形实验,研究了成形质量与成形工艺参数的直接关系,并对其进行了优化。检验工艺优化的效果,并对成形零件的性能作了分析。实验证明该工艺可以直接生产高质量的金属零件。
Experiment method has been designed for direct metal deposition process according to its forming characters,which includes 1D,2D and 3D routes.The relationship between the forming quality and the process parameters has been studied and optimized.The optimization result has been tested by forming parts,which show that DMD can directly produce metal parts which has good quality.
