CuZnAl形状记忆合金与不锈钢连接接头性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用金相观察、拉伸、扫描电镜等研究了CuZnAl形状记忆合金与不锈钢交流点焊焊接接头的力学性能、形状恢复率等,给出了获得较高接头性能的焊接参数。结果表明,在适当焊接条件下,CuZnAl形状记忆合金与不锈钢交流点焊焊接接头的拉伸性能下降幅度不大;焊点处形状记忆效应消失,在焊点熔核外热影响区以外形状记忆效应跟母材相同。 The mechanical property and shape memory ration of the welded joints between CuZnAl shape memory alloy and stainless steel by spot welding were studied,the efects of weld parameter on welded joints mechanical property by using optical examination,strength testing,TEM,obtained the optimum welding parameters was analyzed.The results show that mechanical property drop little in the proper weld parameters.The shape memory effect in weld disappear,beyond the HAZ,shape memory effect resume.
