摘要
通过显微分析,探讨了电弧喷涂铝层高频感应重熔过程中的组织变化,并分析了重熔工艺对重熔后涂层质量的影响因素。结果表明,高频感应处理后的喷涂层与基体之间形成了铁铝金属间化合物,达到了冶金结合,并有效地提高了涂层的致密性,在一定程度上起到了排气排渣作用;涂层的重熔效果受到工作电流、感应时间和感应圈尺寸的影响。
The structure features of induction remelting of the arc-spraying aluminum coatings were discussed based on microscopic analysis. The influence factors of technology parameters on the property of the coatings after induction remelting were also analysised. The results show that Fe-Al intermetallic compounds were formed between the aluminum coatings and the steel substrate after remelting. The compounds were dense and bonded well with substrate. The remelting processes also eliminate the gas hole and sediment in the coatings. Moreover, induction cureent, induction time and induction ring dimensions also have influences on the property of the coatings after remelting.
