Application of Ag on the Preventing the ZCuPb30 Liner from Pb Segregation

介绍了用Ag作为防偏析元素在我国航空发动机用双金属ZCuPb30轴瓦上的应用。结果表明,将2.75%～3.25%Ag加入ZCuPb30熔体,同时结合快速水冷工艺可使铅偏析得到很好的控制。讨论了Ag防止ZCuPb30合金铅偏析的原因。

Application of Ag on the preventing ZCuPb30 liner used in the aeroengine from Pb segregati was introduced.The results show that Pb segregation may be well prevented by the method of adding 2.75%～3.25% Ag with water quench. The reasons of Ag preventing the ZCuPb30 alloy from Pb segregation is also discussed.
