摘要
研究了不同时效制度对快速冷凝Al-Li合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,能使合金获得较好综合力学性能的时效制度是:170℃×4h预时效+190℃×18h最终时效的双级时效;基体中均匀分布着大量适宜粒度的复合沉淀相粒子、无沉淀析出带的窄化以及相当数量的S′相的分散沉淀,是这种合金综合力学性能好的原因。
The effection of different aging technology on a rapid solidification Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy's mechanical properties and microstructure has been researched.The result shows that the better technology is double aging, i.e, 170℃×4 h pre-aging+190℃×18 h aging treatment.The reason for the alloy with good mechanical properties is deposition of many even size-suitable particles in the base, narrowing of PFZ and scattered precipitation of many S′ phase.
