摘要
采用钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)方法在1Cr18Ni9不锈钢基体上进行Fe3Al合金堆焊性试验,结果表明:在焊接电流为80A,焊接电压为13~15V,预热温度为150℃,焊接速度为1.5mm/s,单道焊,焊后空冷条件下,可以在不锈钢基体上得到高硬度且韧性较好的堆焊层,且焊缝成形良好,表面无延迟裂纹出现。
An overlaying welding property experiment with stainless steel as base metal was conducted by using GTAW process, the welding flux is homemade Fe3Al alloy. The results show that high hardness and moderate toughness can be attained with such welding conditions as welding current of 80A, voltage of 13~15V, velocity of (1.5)mm/s, preheating temperature of 150℃, singly layer welded, air cooling after welding,and the weld is well fabricated and no delayed cracking is found on its surface.
