摘要 研究了低温铸造法制备亚共晶铝硅合金半固态成形用坯料。结果表明,使用N2气搅拌,并在适当的浇注温度和冷却条件下可以得到晶粒圆整、分布均匀的初生相。对低温铸造法的凝固机理和吹入N2气的作用进行了分析。 The preparation of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy billets for semisolid forming by low temperature casting was studied .The results show that ,using nitrogen gas stirring,fine and uniform microstructure will be obtained at certain pouring temperature and cooling condition. the solidification mechanism of low temperature casting me thod and the effect of the introduction of gaseous nitrogen to the melt on the microstructure are discussed.
