摘要
目的 研究超声波对戊二醛的协同杀菌作用 ,以探讨在临床上推广超声波与戊二醛联用对各种内窥镜及医疗器械进行灭菌处理的可行性。方法 采用悬液定量杀菌试验和模拟现场试验 ,研究戊二醛和超声波单独及协同对枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率。结果 悬液定量杀菌试验结果表明 ,作用时间 (4h)相同时 ,在超声波的协同下 ,戊二醛灭菌 (杀灭率 10 0 % )有效浓度从 2 0mg ml降低至 5mg ml,作用浓度 (2 0mg ml)不变时 ,其灭菌 (杀灭率10 0 % )作用时间从 4h缩短为 1h ,5mg ml戊二醛作用 2h其杀灭率即达 10 0 % ;模拟现场试验结果表明 ,超声波协同使用戊二醛达 10 0 %杀灭率的有效浓度从 2 0mg ml降低至 5mg ml,作用时间从 4h缩短至 1h。结论 临床采用超声波与戊二醛协同灭菌具有较好的可行性和可推广性。
Objective To study the synergetic germicidal effect of ulstrasonic with glutaraldehyde and the feasibility of combining ulstrasonic and glutaraldehyde to disinfect endocopes and medical instruments.Methods We determined the respective and the synergetic killing rates of Bacillus subtilis var. niger of ulstrasonic and glutaraldehyde using quantitative suspenion germicidal tests and simulated on-the-spot tests.Results In suspenion germicidal tests, because of the synergetic germicidal effect, the concentration of glutaraldehyde needed for sterilize spores was decreased from 20mg/ml to 5mg/ml for the same killing time(4h), and when the concentrations were still 20mg/ml, its killing time was shorten from 4h to 1h. Further more, the solutions containing 5mg/ml glutaraldehyde could sterilize spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in 2h. In the simulated on-the-spot tests, the concentration of glutaraldehyde needed for sterilization was decreased from 20mg/ml to 5mg/ml and its killing time was shorten from 4h to 1h under the synergetic germicidal effect.Conclusion It indicats the feasibility of combining ulstrasonic and glutaraldehyde to disinfect instruments in clinic.
