摘要 近年来,办公建筑能耗呈日益增加趋势,节能改造成为建筑节能减排的重要手段之一。文章以夏热冷暖地区某商业办公建筑节能改造项目为案例,通过分析建筑当前的用能水平,以及对各分项用能设备的用能问题进行诊断,采用较适宜的节能措施对其综合改造,并提出改造后节能量的核定和修正方法,为该区域同类型公共建筑实施节能改造和节能量核定提供参考。 In recent years, the energy consumption of office buildings is increasing, and energy saving is one of the important means of building energy conservation and emission reduction. In this paper, a commercial office building in hot summer and warm and cool regions energy-saving renovation project as a case, by analyzing the construction of the current energy level, and the breakdown of energy-using equipment can use problem diagnosis, using a suitable energy-saving measures for the comprehensive transformation, and put forward the reformed, the verification and correction method of energy, for the region to implement the same type of public buildings and energy saving for approval to provide the reference.
