我国建设项目的各参与主体之间相对独立、缺少合作精神,导致的后果是资源利用率不高,环境污染。随着可持续发展的加快进行,绿色建筑已经成为建筑发展的一种趋势,绿色供应链管理作为一种新兴的全过程的管理模式,为绿色建筑的开发提供了一种好的实施途径。绿色建筑,意在增加建筑物和其所在场所的能源、水源、材料等的投入产出比和效能;在建筑的生命周期中保护、修护人类健康与环境。其主要涵盖如下方面:合理的建筑选址、水利用率、能源、大气、材料与资源利用、室内空气质量、排放量、美观性、交通便利性、地点与资源利用、设计创新、绿色建筑意识与教育、项目环境管理等。构建绿色建筑供应链管理,需紧扣"环境因素",从整条供应链分析各个节点在供应链中的作用,指明绿色建筑供应链管理的关键阶段(设计、材料采购、施工)。
