国外城市透水生态建设实践与经验总结

摘要 随着我国城镇化全面快速推进,城市地面硬质化降低了原始透水率,导致洪涝灾害、水质恶化、热岛效应等诸多城市与生态问题。透水率作为工程指标,普遍应用于岩石地基技术范畴,而本文把工程指标与城市规划建设管理相结合,总结国外城市透水生态建设先进经验,旨在为我国建设海绵城市提供思路与理论支撑。
