无锡太湖学院工程管理专业人才培养探索

Study on the Talents Training of Project Management Major in Wuxi Taihu University

民办本科院校以培养复合型应用人才为目标,制定适合自身特点,具有自身特色的人才培养方案是其重要工作。本文通过对无锡太湖学院工程管理专业原有人才培养方案中的问题分析,确定应用型人才培养目标,设置相应课程,强化实践教学环节,突出专业特色。

Private college should emphasize on serving for the goal of cultivating compound applied talents.The important job is establishing self-character talent training plan.This paper analysis the problems of existing training mode of project management major in Taihu University,putting forward suggestions on clearing training objects,setting up corresponding courses,strengthening the practice teaching and establishing professional characteristics.
