进度控制是建设工程项目管理过程中的关键环节,直接关系到建设项目的经济和社会效益。传统的进度控制方法存在着信息滞后、缺乏预见性等问题,通过BIM技术的应用可以协调各方责任主体对项目进度的具体要求,实现对进度的有效控制。本文通过对传统进度控制方法和基于BIM技术的进度控制方法的对比分析,阐述了BIM技术应用的优势,并对应用BIM技术可实现的进度控制成果进行了探讨,以期为BIM技术在建设项目进度控制中的实际应用提供参考。

Schedule control is a key content in the process of construction project management and relates to the economic and social returns of construction project directly.The traditional schedule control methods exist the problem of information hysteresis and lacking of foresight.Through the application of BIM,the specific schedule requirements of responsible subjects can be coordinated and then the effective control of schedule can be realized.This paper elaborates the advantage of the application of BIM by the comparative analysis of the traditional schedule control method and BIM-based control method and explores the achievements in schedule control through the use of BIM to provide some reference for the practical application of BIM in the schedule control of construction project.
