铁路跨两点多片箱梁同步架设施工技术探究

摘要 104国道绍兴柯桥段改建工程(镜水路互通立交)匝道桥上跨萧甬铁路7次,共涉及15孔55片混凝土预制箱梁,现场采用2台徐工QUY650t型超起履带吊在两个匝道处同步架设,每台超起履带吊在150min的封锁点内架设3片箱梁。通过绍兴104国道镜水路互通立交工程铁路跨架梁的工程实践,对两点同步架设多片箱梁中的重要过程进行阐述和总结,对同类架梁施工有一定的指导意义。 Reconstruction project of 104 National Highway Shaoxing section of Keqiao(mirror waterway Interchange)ramp bridge across Xiaoyong railway 7 times,involving a total of 15 hole 55 precast concrete box girders,the super synchronous crawler crane mounted on two ramp with 2 sets of Xugong QUY650t type,each super crawler crane in 150min blockade in the 3 box girder erection.The engineering practice by Shaoxing State Road 104 interchange across the railway engineering water mirror frame beam,an important process of two synchronous erection box Liang Zhong described and summarized,has certain guiding significance for similar bridge construction.
