我国绿色建筑评价标准与健康建筑评价标准的比较

Comparative Analysis of China’s Green Building Evaluation Criteria and Healthy Building Evaluation Criteria

随着城市迅速发展,我国对绿色建筑的需求已急剧增加。健康建筑基于绿色建筑理念而形成,是对绿色建筑的继承和发展。文章分别针对我国《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2019)与《健康建筑评价标准》(T/ASC 02-2016)两类评价体系的评价对象、权重、方式、内容等方面进行的详细比较分析,总结两者之间的共同性和差异性,展现我国建筑日后发展的新方向。

With the rapid development of cities,the demand for green buildings in China has increased dramatically.Healthy building is based on the concept of green building and are the inheritance and development of green buildings.This paper makes a detailed comparative analysis of the evaluation objects,weights,methods and contents of China’s'Green Building Evaluation Standard'(GB/T50378-2019)and'Health Building Evaluation Standard'(T/ASC 02-2016).Summarize the commonality and difference between the two,and show the new direction of China’s construction in the future.
