应用型本科高校工程管理专业课程体系改革与未来社会需求契合度研究

在大众创新、万众创业的时代背景下,社会对高质量人才的需求日渐增加,工程管理专业在培养人才方面也面临着与日俱增的压力与动力。如何构建适应未来社会需求的课程体系成为工程管理专业发展至关重要的一项改革内容。文章从应用型本科高校工程管理专业毕业生在人才市场的需求定位入手,以岗位要求为依据,分析了应用型本科高校工程管理专业毕业生的岗位职业能力,提出了应用型本科高校工程管理专业课程体系存在的问题,进而构建了以职业能力为导向的应用型本科高校工程管理专业课程体系。
