摘要
系统分析了唐山不锈钢公司1 580 mm热轧产线在生产高强薄规格(h≤2.75 mm)板卷时板面产生肋浪缺陷的原因,即轧辊的热凸度和轧辊挠曲是高强薄规格板卷产生肋浪缺陷的主要原因。通过优化支撑辊、工作辊辊型及相应的控制程序、控制参数,使此系列板卷肋浪缺陷得到了有效控制,缺陷比例由2016年的87%降到2017年的26%。
The cause and solution of the rib waves defects of high strength and thin gauge strip(h≤2.75 mm)produced by 1 580 mm hot rolling line in Tangshan Stainless Co.Ltd.were studied in this paper.It was emphasized that roll thermal crown and roll deflection were main formation reasons of the rib waves defects.The defects of rib waves in this series sheet had been controlled effectively by optimizing roll shape of the work and backup roll,improving the control program and control parameters.Therefore,the defects rate of rib waves had been reduced from 87 percent of 2016 year to 26 percent of 2017 year.
