摘要
乳化液系统是冷轧机的关键组成部分,直接影响带钢产品的表面质量。同时,乳化液系统也是冷轧生产中的重要能介消耗和废水排放工艺环节。在满足冷连轧机生产需求的基础上,通过工程设计源头策划和现场生产具体改进相结合,摸索出一套包括降低轧制油消耗,减少蒸汽、循环冷却水和脱盐水消耗,减少废水排放等方面的节能减排方法和技术。
Emulsion system is a key part of cold rolling mill,which directly affects the surface quality of strip.Emulsion system is also an important energy consumption and waste water treatment process in cold tandem rolling mill.On the basis of meeting the production demand of cold rolling mill,through the combination of the source planning of engineering design and the concrete improvement of field production,a set of energy-saving and emission reduction methods and technologies were put forward,including reducing the consumption of rolling oil,reducing the consumption of steam,circulating cooling water and desalting water,reducing the discharge of waste water and so on.
