2250mm精轧侧导板粘钢分析及控制

摘要 首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司2 250 mm生产线自投产至今,由于设备本身存在的问题以及侧导板标定精度差等原因,存在着带钢对中性差及带钢刮蹭侧导板产生粘钢等问题。为此,对2 250 mm精轧侧导板系统存在的问题进行了研究分析,制定了有效的改进措施,提高了精轧侧导板系统的对中精度,并且消除了侧导板粘钢的问题。 Since the establishment of 2 250 mm production line of shougan Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,due to the equipment itself problem and the poor side plate calibration accuracy,there were some problems such as sticking steel on the side guide and bad strip centring.Therefore,the problems existing in the 2 250 mm finishing side guide were studied and analyzed,and the effective improvement measures were put forward.The alignment accuracy of the finishing side guide plate were improved,and the problem of sticking steel on the side guide plate was eliminated.
