超宽幅特殊钢中厚板连续热处理装备技术研发和应用

Development and application of continuous heat treatment equipment and technology for ultra-wide special steel plate

核电用等超宽幅特殊钢中厚板对我国三代核电站、军工装备制造具有重要意义,固溶处理是其生产的关键工艺,钢板性能均匀性、平直度、表面质量是重要指标,常规热处理装备无法批量稳定生产。为此,东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室研发出国内首套4 300 mm超宽幅特殊钢中厚板连续热处理线。实践表明,研制的热处理装备实现了±5℃的高均匀固溶加热,解决了宽幅特殊钢中厚板的高均匀和高平直度淬火难题,实现了全自动生产,为特殊钢行业建设超宽幅热处理线提供了成功示范。

The ultra-wide special steel plate is of great significance to the equipment for the third-generation nuclear power plant and military fields.Solid solution treatment is the key process.Property uniformity,flatness and surface quality of steel plate are important indexes,which can not be produced stably in batches using conventional heat treatment equipment.Therefore,the first set of 4 300 mm ultra-wide special steel plate heat treatment line has been developed independently in China by the State Key Lab.of Rolling and Automation of Northeastern University.Practice show that the heating uniformity is within 5 degrees Celsius,the difficult problem of high homogeneous and high flatness quenching of wide special steel plate is solved,and automatic production is realized.It provides a successful demonstration for the construction of ultra-wide heat treatment line in special steel industry.
