冷轧处理机组刷洗系统的优化和应用

摘要 如何提高冷轧处理机组脱脂段的刷洗效果、延长刷辊寿命一直是其设计和应用的综合性问题。实践表明,选择合适的刷毛材质和刷毛组合可确保刷洗带钢表面质量;刷盘和芯轴三点定位方式更利于稳定,可避免产生刷辊振动纹;合适的辊芯和刷毛长度能有效提高可利用的刷毛长度,从而提高刷辊使用寿命;刷辊和支撑辊的偏置可提高刷辊工作的稳定性;合理选用正逆刷工艺并配置相适应的喷管,可降低投资,降低能耗和刷洗产生的泡沫;刷辊压下量的合理设定和控制可降低刷毛的异常磨损,延长刷毛使用寿命;压下调节结构的优化可以提高调节精度,避免动态调节时卡死;喷管配置位置的优化可提高冷却效果,喷嘴的喷射面交叉布置可避免个别喷嘴堵塞导致刷毛熔损;挡水板和过滤装置的优化可以减少异物进入系统,提高过滤效果,确保喷嘴畅通和冷却效果。 How to improve the washing effect of the degreasing section of the cold rolling processing unit,and prolong the brush roll life,has been a comprehensive problem for designing and application.The following measures are proved effectively.The first is the selection of appropriate brush wool and brush combination to ensure the quality of the strip surface.The second is three-point positioning mode of the brush plate and mandrel which is more stable and can avoid the brush roller vibration.The third is suitable roller core and brush length size which can effectively improve the available brush length and the service life of brush roller.The fourth is the offset of the brush roller and the support roll which can improve the stability of brush roll.The fifth is reasonable selection of the reverse brush process and the suitable nozzle which can reduce the investment cost,the energy consumption and the foam produced by scrubbing.The sixth is proper setting and control of the roller pressure which can reduce the abnormal wear of the bristles and prolong the service life of the brush.The seventh is the optimization of the adjusting structure which can improve the adjusting precision and avoid the death when the dynamic regulation is applied.The eighth is optimization of nozzle configuration which can improve the cooling effect,and the spray surface cross arrangement of nozzle which can avoid the blockage of individual nozzle causing the loss of brush hair.The ninth is optimization of the flap and filtration device which can reduce the foreign body entering the system,improve the filtration effect,and ensure the smooth and cooling effect of the nozzle.
