摘要
以五机架冷连轧UCMW轧机为研究对象,研究了其有带钢模式的轧机标定技术。阐述了标定理论,对标定流程和一、二级通信信息进行了研究,建立了标定数据档案,并对标定程序进行了优化。通过实际轧制数据,分析了压上缸位置差、标定力设定和调平控制对轧制的影响。结果表明,压上缸位置差影响轧制力偏差和张力偏差;提高标定力,可有效去除弹跳曲线的非线性段对辊缝值计算的影响,有利于厚度控制精度的提高;减少调平控制投入时的压上缸位置差,提高了轧机自动化控制精度及轧制稳定性。标定数据档案已在现场实际应用,为轧制调平和轧机功能精度管理提供了依据。
Taking the UCMW cold tandem mill as the research object,the calibration technology of strip in mill was studied.The calibration theory was described,and the calibration process and communication informations of L1 and L2 system were researched.The calibration data file was established,and the program was optimized.The effects of cylinder position difference,calibration force setting and leveling control on rolling stability were analyzed by the actual rolling.The results showed that the rolling force difference and tension difference were influenced by cylinder position difference.The nonlinear segment of spring curve could be eliminated by increasing calibration force,and the automatic control precision could be improved by decreasing cylinder position difference when leveling.The application of calibration data file had been used in practial production,and it provided the basis for leveling and mill function precision management.
