摘要
针对冷轧平整机组卷取过程中易出现的带头印缺陷,湖南华菱涟源钢铁有限公司冷轧板厂采用一种特殊的开槽口套筒代替传统的橡胶套筒,并通过套筒定位算法和穿带控制程序优化等一系列措施,实现了带头的高精度定位,在穿带过程中精准地将带头通过皮带助卷器压入套筒软槽内,有效消除了带头印缺陷。
Aimed at the strip head print defect appeared during coiling process in the cold rolling SPM,a special slotted sleeve was used to replace the traditional rubber sleeve in the cold mill of Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Taking a series of measures,such as sleeve positioning algorithm and threading control program optimization,the high-precision positioning of the strip head was realized,and the strip head was accurately pressed into the sleeve soft groove through the belt winder during the threading process,therefore the strip head print defect was effectively eliminated.
