摘要
针对国内某钢厂生产钢绞线用YL82B热轧盘条时,盘条表面存在翘皮缺陷的问题,对其产生原因进行了宏观观察和金相检验分析。发现轧制过程中轧件下表面喷上冷却水导致其变形不均匀、连铸坯存在角部和侧面振痕处横向裂纹是缺陷产生的主要原因。通过除去轧件下表面冷却水、提高连铸机设备对弧精度和优化连铸机振动参数,解决了翘皮缺陷问题。
Aimed at the scar defect on the surface of YL82 B wire rod for steel strand,the causes were analyzed by the macro-and micro-observation.It found out that there was cooling water spraying from the bottom of rolled wire leading to an uneven deformation,and there were some transverse crack on the corner and side of continuous casting billet.By taking the measures of removing the bottom cooling water,improving the centering precision and optimizing the vibration parameters of continuous caster,the scar defect was eliminated.
