摘要
通过建立道岔垂向几何不平顺及刚度不均匀激扰模型 ,运用车辆 轨道耦合动力学理论 ,模拟计算了提速列车对提速道岔的动力影响。详细比较了提速道岔尖轨轨下采用弹性滑床板后提速列车对提速道岔的动力作用性能 ,并进行了实验验证。结果表明 ,提速道岔尖轨轨下采用弹性滑床板后可大大减轻基本轨至尖轨区过渡段轮 /岔垂向相互作用 ,有效地改善道岔的动力性能 ,延长滑床板及道岔的使用寿命。
With the excitation models of the vertical geometric irregularities and stiffness unevenness on turnouts,the dynamic effect of the speed-raising trains on turnouts is investigated with the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics. The dynamic characteristic of the turnouts is compared in detail after the elastic baseplates being applied. The results show that the elastic baseplates under the switch rail could alleviate the vertical wheel/frog interaction effectively from the rail to the switch rail, improve the dynamic characteristic of the turnouts and extend the usage life of the baseplates and the turnouts.
