摘要
建立了基于小位移旋量理论的装配误差传递模型,对各零件加工误差及装配误差在装配过程中的累积情况进行描述;并以该模型为基础,提出了一套装配精度预测和装配调整方法;为了便于统一运算,提出了平面特征公差信息转化方法;最后通过CFV1300铣削加工中心的装配实例验证了该方法的可行性。
This paper establishes the error propagation model,based on small displacement torsor theory to describe the accumulating conditions of the machining error and assembly error of each part during the assembly process and proposes an assembly precision prediction and adjustment method based on the assembly error propagation model and the flat feature tolerance information transformation method for ease of calculation. And then,the feasibility of this method is verified by an assembling example of CFV1300 CNC milling center.
