摘要 为了详细研究变截面涡旋压缩机的性能特点,考虑到腔体工作过程中的压缩与排气,对涡旋压缩机传热的数学模型的设计及仿真计算与性能进行分析,建立基于质量守恒,能量守恒和实际气体状态方程的涡旋压缩机模型,得到了每个工作腔的传热量随曲轴转角的变化特性,分析了内传热特性和泄露对各个工作腔中温度、压力和质量的影响,进而揭示了传热、泄露特性与工作腔压力和温度变化的复杂关系。采用研制开发的变截面空气涡旋压缩机建立测试平台,并将模拟计算得到的排气温度、质量流量和轴功率与试验数据进行对比,证明该数学模型可以全面反映变截面涡旋压缩机从吸气到排气等完整过程,为制冷涡旋压缩机的性能分析和优化设计提供了理论依据。 In order to study the performance characteristics of variable cross- section scroll compressor in detail,considering the compression and exhaust in the process of the cavity operation,the design and simulation of its mathematical model and its heat transfer performance are analyzed,based on the conservation of mass,conservation of energy and the real gas state equation the model of the scroll compressor is established to get the heat transfer variable,characteristics with the crank angle of each working chamber,and the internal heat transfer characteristics and the influence of the leakage on its temperature,pressure and mass are analyzed to reveal the complex relationship between the heat transfer,leakage characteristics and working chamber pressure and temperature change. The developed variable cross- section air scroll compressor is taken as a working test platform to simutate and calculate the exhaust temperature,mass flow shaft power which are compared with the experimental data. The model can reflect the complete process of the scroll compressor with variable cross- sections from the suction to the exhaust gas. A theoretical basis is provided for the performance analysis and optimization design of the refrigeration scroll compressor.
