电压型逆变器键合图建模及其故障诊断研究 被引量:2

摘要 键合图理论是一种物理系统建模与仿真的有效工具,为了分析电压型逆变器的开路和短路故障特性,提出了逆变器与积分因果关系的阻感负载的键合图模型。首先对键合图的基本原理做了简单的介绍,将调制变压器(MTF)和电阻结合作为开关元件,建立电压型逆变器键合图模型,并分析电路4种故障情况的桥臂a输出电压。然后在此基础上建立在不考虑驱动信号的故障情况,改变负载模型的MTF的模数,可实现逆变电路的故障模拟,最后通过仿真验证,实验结果表明了该键合图建模方法及模型的正确性。 Bond Graph is a very effective tool in system modeling and simulation. The bond graph model of inverter and load integral causality is proposed in this paper,in order to analyse the feature of the open and short circuit of the inverter at fault. Firstly,the basic principle of the bond graph is briefly introduced and the bond graph model of the voltage inverter is built on condition that the modulation transformer( MTF) is combined with resistances as the switch element. And the output voltage of four kinds of faults is analyzed. In no consideration of the drive signal failure,the MTF modulus of the loading model are changed to realize the fault simulation of the inverter circuit. Finally the results of the simulation shows that its method and model are verified.
