摘要
以吊钩注塑模具设计与制造过程为例,研究应用Creo、华塑CAE、CAXA制造工程师等软件完成注塑模具CAD/CAE/CAM的一体化过程。详细介绍了采用华塑CAE软件对塑件CAE软件对塑件进行CAE分析的一般流程,包括网格划分、充模及翘曲分析等。结合分析结果,在Creo2.0中完成模具设计的全过程,最后将曲取的模具零件通过转存格式的方式供CAXA制造工程师调用,完成零件的仿真模拟加工。
Taking the design and manufacture of hanger injection mold as an example,this paper uses Creo,HSCAE and CAXA Manufacturing Engineer to complete the process of injection mold CAD / CAE / CAM integration and introduces the general process in which the cae software is used to do the CAE analysis,including grid division,filling and warping. Accoring to the analytical results,the whole process of mold design is completed in Creo2. 0. Finally,the selected pars of the mold are called by CAXA Manufacturing Engineer through transfer format to complete the simulation manufacturing.
