摘要
以工程实例为依托,采用AMESim仿真软件,国内首次建立了集发动机、液力变矩器、变速箱、液压系统和运动机构等机电液一体化的装载机仿真平台,设置了主要的参数,并根据实验工况结合AMESet,使用C语言开发了装载机V形循环工况作业控制模块,实现了对装载机循环工况的数值仿真,并采用实验的方法对整车模型进行了修正和参数校核。通过与实验结果的对比分析发现:模拟装载机V形作业工况油耗仿真结果的误差在7%以内,成功开发了一套高效的分析计算装载机V形循环工况作业经济性的方法,填补了国内装载机经济性仿真空白。在很大程度上可以替代装载机性能测试试验,提高设计的准确度和工作效率,节约实验成本,在评价装载机性能方面有着突出的作用。
This paper uses the AMEsim simulation saftware to establish the whole vehicle model of the wheel loader,including engine,torque converter,gear box and hydraulic pump,sets up the main parameters,develops the control module of the V shape Cycle with language C,based on AMESet and simulates the fuel economy process under the cycle working condition. And the experimental method is used to correct the parameters of the simulation model. By comparison with the experimental results,the error rate of simulation results is less than 7%. So it successfully exploits the method which is used to analyze and calculate the economy of its v shape cycle working condition. It fills in gaps in the economy simulation of the loader at home and plays a prominent role in the lader optimization and the improvement of its duration and economy.
