摘要 针对国产湿式双离合器自动变速器工作原理和充油控制难点的分析,发现双离合器自动变速箱充油控制的重要性。通过分析离合器压力扭矩关系寻找到了离合器开始啮合并传递扭矩的压力点的方法,利用闭环控制算法实现离合器充油过程的闭环控制。通过该方法保证了在目标时间内离合器实际压力能够精确达到离合器开始啮合并传递扭矩的压力点,实车试验,验证了控制算法的性能,解决了静态换挡冲击和起步冲击的问题,提高了整车驾驶舒适性和可靠性。为国产双离合器自动变速箱充油控制功能的设计做了有益的探讨。 This paper introduces the principle of domestic DCT,analyzes the difficulty of its filling control and the relationship between the clutch pressure and torque to find out the pressure point of the clutch engagement and uses the closed loop to control the filling process. The method is used to make sure that the actual pressure point of the clutch engagement is accurate within the target time. The method is used at vehicle to verify its performance and solve the shock in static shifting gear and launching,Thus improving the comfort and reliability of the vehicle. The paper gives a beneficial discussion to the functonal design of the clutch filling control of domestic DCT.
