西部地区大学生村官调解机制探析——以陕西省渭南市H乡为例

Analysis on the Mediation Mechanism for College Student Village Officials in Western China

新时期,西部地区农村纠纷频繁发生,村民对习以为常的调解方式越来越不满意。通过分析村民维权的困境,提出大学生村官调解机制的构想,并从组织保障、法律依据、程序设置、受理范围、调解准则等维度对大学生村官调解机制进行论述。

In the new era,disputes appear frequently in western countryside,and villagers become more and more dissatisfied with the originally accustomed way of mediation. Through analyzing dilemmas of the way of villagers,safeguarding rights,the paper puts forward the conception of mediation mechanism for College Student Village Officials,discusses the relevant contents from dimensions of organizational guarantee,legal basis,program setting,accepted scope and mediation criteria.
