Construction of Harmonious Socialist Modernization between Human and Nature

党的十九大报告把社会主义现代化明确为人与自然和谐共生的现代化。人与自然和谐共生的社会主义现代化超越了传统资本主义工业文明的现代化,是以人民为中心、以绿色发展为手段,构成了建设社会主义现代化强国的重要内容。经过多年的探索和实践,我国在生态文明制度建设、生态环境质量改善、产业结构和能源结构优化等方面已经取得了很大成效,但也面临生态环境与经济发展不平衡不充分等问题。着眼于建设人与自然和谐共生的社会主义现代化的目标指向,要从推进绿色发展、强化顶层设计、促进资源节约、营造生态文化氛围等方面来构建其实现路径。

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress defined socialist modernization as harmonious modernization between human and nature. The socialist modernization between human and nature has transcend the modernization of traditional capitalist industrial civilization,which takes the people as the center, the green development as the means,as well as constitutes an important part of building a socialist modernization power. After years of exploration and practice, China has made great achievements in the construction of ecological civilization system, the improvement of ecological environment quality, the optimization of industrial structure andenergystructure andso on,but it also facies the problem of imbalance and insufficiently between e^ologic:al environment and economic development. Aiiming at the goal of constructing harmonious modernization between human and nature, we can set the path by promoting green development,strengthening top-level design,promoting resource conservation and cr^ ating ecological and cultural atmosphere.
