边坡工程用钢的组织与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据施工方对边坡工程用钢提出的要求,通过成分控制、热处理工艺优化制备了25Cr Mo合金钢锚杆,从常温力学性能、非金属夹杂物和低倍组织等角度考察了边坡工程用钢的合格性。结果表明,25Cr Mo合金钢的常温力学性能符合施工方的使用要求;非金属夹杂和低倍组织的检测可作为评定边坡工程用钢的合格性参考指标;合格的边坡工程用钢的晶粒度评级结果为8级,组织为回火索氏体+铁素体组织。 The 25 Cr Mo alloy steel anchor was prepared by controlling composition and optimizing treatment process according to the requires in construction side of the slope engineering steel.The qualification of slope engineering steel was investigated by the room temperature mechanical properties,non-metallic inclusion and macrostructure and so on.The results show that the mechanical properties of 25 Cr Mo alloy steel are in accordance with the requirements of the construction.The non metallic inclusion and macrostructure can be used as a reference index to evaluate the quality of slope engineering.The grain size rating result of the qualified steel for slope engineering is 8 and the microstructure are tempering sorbite and ferrite.
