摘要
对比阐述了针对高速钢刀具分段淬火工艺的主要内容,并通过扫描电镜分析、金相分析、硬度测试等方法论证了分段淬火工艺可以促进高速钢刀具硬度分布的均匀性,减少内部缺陷,从而有效提高刀具的整体力学性能,延长刀具的使用寿命;同时通过ANSYS仿真分析也证实了这一结论。
The step quenching technology of high speed steel tool was described.The hardness distribution of high speed steel tool is more uniformity through step quenching technology.The conclusion was proved by fracture surface analysis,metallurgical analysis and hardness testing.The step quenching technology can also reduce internal defects in the high speed steel tool,effectively improve the overall mechanical properties and working life of high speed steel tool.The conclusion was also analyzed by simulation software ANSYS.
