摘要
在相同轧制速度下,通过控制冷却条件研究了穿水钢筋和未穿水钢筋的微观组织和性能。结果表明,采用穿水工艺制备的钢筋的强度和塑性都有不同程度的提高;经过穿水处理的钢筋组织更加均匀细密,也未出现粗大的魏氏体组织;穿水冷却钢筋的拉伸断口中的韧窝比未穿水的钢筋的断口中韧窝更加细密、均匀。
In the same rolling speed,through controlling cooling condition,the microstructure and properties of steel bars before and after accelerated cooling were studied.The results show that,using accelerated cooling process,the strength and plasticity are improved,the microstructure is more uniform and fine without the coarse widmanstatten structure,and the dimple fracture in tensile fracture is finer and more uniform compared with the steel bars without accelerated cooling process.
