摘要
试验选用球墨铸铁QT700-2,电脉冲处理过后,从其中间位置与电极位置分别取样,采用光学显微镜(OM)及金相分析软件Image-Pro Plus研究了电脉冲对球墨铸铁凝固组织的影响。结果表明,经过电脉冲处理后,其凝固组织中的石墨球分布更加均匀,球化率增加,珠光体的数量增多且电极位置处试样相对于中间位置处球化率更高,而珠光体的含量基本不变。
After the electric pulse processing,the middle position and the electrode position from the QT700-2 ductile iron were sampled,and the effects of electric pulse on solidification structure of ductile iron were investigated by optical microscope and metallographical analysis software Image-Pro Plus.The results show that the nodular graphite distribution is more uniform,the amount of pearlite and the spheroidization rate increase after electric pulse processing.Compared with mid-position,the spheroidization rate is higher at the electrode position,however,the amount of pearlite is not changed.
