摘要
在考虑塑性变形和加工硬化机制的基础上,利用有限元模拟软件DEFORM对汽车车壳铝合金大型弧形工件成形过程进行数值模拟,并对成形过程中采用不同预制坯料的充填情况、应变均匀性以及成形载荷进行分析。结果表明,预制坯方案II的成形性能较好,可提高汽车车壳铝合金弧形件的充填率和应变均匀性,降低载荷。
On the basis of considering the machanisms of plastic deformation and work hardening,finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the forming process of large-scale arc-shaped body shell of aluminum alloy.The filling process,strain uniformity and forming loading of preforming billets during forming were analyzed.The results show that the forming property of scheme II is better,which improve the filling ratio and strain uniformity.
