快速成形数控电沉积的沉积厚度分布模型研究

摘要 研究和探讨了数控电化学沉积的沉积厚度分布,根据法拉第定律和实验研究获得了移动电极在平板上沉积的厚度分布模型。研究结果表明,移动电极的电化学沉积厚度分布是不均匀的,呈现凸峰分布,同时沉积厚度除与沉积系统的特性有关,还受到沉积初始间隙、沉积头移动速度的影响,这种影响关系是一种非线性关系。 The deposit thickness distribution was researched and discussed based on Faraday Law and experimental results,and the deposit thickness model was derived.The results show that electronic chemical deposit thickness is not even for moving electrode.The performance of the thickness is a camelback.The deposit thickness is related with the performance of deposit system,and was influenced by initial deposition gap and moving speed of deposit rode,it is a non-linear relation.
