摘要
使用不同类型刀具对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)制孔过程中的缺陷和孔壁质量进行研究,设计了单因子实验,通过选取制孔刀具传统麻花钻、螺旋铣刀、台阶钻、烛心钻,对CFRP进行了切削制孔实验,利用超景深电子显微镜观测加工缺陷,使用表面粗糙度测量仪测量孔壁粗糙度。结果表明,与传统麻花钻制孔相比,采用螺旋铣工艺、台阶钻或烛心钻制孔能够减小孔口处的分层缺陷,有效提高孔表面质量。
Drilling experiment for making hole defects and the influence on the quality of hole wall was made by use of different types of cutting tools in the process of carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) drilling.A single factor experiment was designed to do cutting system hole test for CFRP selecting different system of traditional twist drill,helical milling,step drill,brad drill.The machining defects were observed using super depth of field electron microscope,and the surface roughnesses were measured.The results show that,compared with the traditional system of twist drill hole,using helical milling,step drill or brad drill can reduce orifice of delamination defects,and effectively improve the surface quality.
