摘要
为配合炼钢厂新增的3~#120 t转炉生产,东海特钢新建了国内首台3机3流直弧形板坯连铸机,可同时3流生产(180、200)mm×(1 000~1 250)mm的板坯。采用独特的扇形段传动布置方式、新型液压振动、组合式结晶器、辊列布置、中间罐流场优化、连续弯曲与连续矫直、二冷动态配水等多项新技术。截至2016年1月14日,累计生产铸坯18 090 t,各项指标达到设计要求,铸坯表面无缺陷、内部品质优良,实际生产效果令人满意。
For matching up new 3#120 t converter production in a steel-making plant,the first three strand straight arc type of slab continuous caster was built,which can produce the slabs with the section of 180/200 mm×(900~1250)mm in three strand mode.The new technologies of unique segment drive arrangement,new-type hydraulic oscillation,composite mold,roller's arrangement,tundish flow field optimization,continuous straightening and bending,dynamic secondary cooling etc.were used in the slab continuous caster.As of January 14,2016,the caster have cumulatively produced 18 090 t slab,all kinds of metallurgical indicators meet the design requirements,excellent inner quality of slab and surface without defects,actual useful effect is satisfactory.
