非流水线静压造型砂箱的优化设计

摘要 阐述了湿砂型非流水线铸造生产方式下静压造型用单层结构砂箱的技术要求及其优化设计所采用的绩效技术、美学及黄金分割原理等新的设计理念。简述了流水线铸造生产方式下静压造型用双层结构砂箱存在的不足,介绍了非流水线铸造生产方式下静压造型用单层结构砂箱的特点。指出了静压造型用单层结构砂箱比之于双层结构砂箱具有制造成本低、制作周期短等优点。 The technical requirements of single layer sand box for static modeling and the corresponding design philosophies for performance technologies,aesthetics and golden principle under sand mold non-pipeline tide membrane casting were elaborated.The disadvantages of the double-layer structure in assembly line casting production,the characterization of single layer of sand box in non-line casting production were analyzed.The advantages of low manufacturing cost and short production cycle of single layer of sand box under the static model were stated.
