介绍25 kg中频感应熔炼炉的工作原理及性能,以及25 kg级熔炼坩埚的成型与烧结方法,阐述低合金铸钢熔炼工艺与注意事项。通过对原材料选材、熔炼过程的控制获得了较高品质的铸钢锭;获得成分准确、具有力学性能优良配合的低合金铸钢。
Working principles and properties of 25 kg medium-frequency induction furnace were introduced.Molding and sintering methods of the crucible in 25 kg furnace were also mentioned.Melting process and matters of low alloy cast steel were expounded.Cast ingots with high-quality properties were obtained by selecting raw materials and controlling melting processes.By the method,low-alloy cast steel with accurate composition and good mechanical properties were gained.
