摘要
本锤头制作工艺采用单一的高铬铸铁材料,对其化学成分进行优化设计和加入多种合金进行变质处理。同时在锤头的中心部位安放Ω形圆钢骨架,用消失模铸造方法一次成形。按此工艺生产的锤头,不但硬度高,耐磨性好,而且在使用中不断裂,其使用寿命是高锰钢的2倍以上。为解决单一高铬铸铁中小型锤式破碎机锤头容易产生断裂的问题,提供了一种新的铸造工艺。
The hammers were produced with a single high chromium cast iron.The chemical composition was optimized and a variety of alloy elements were joined for modification.The hammers were formed by lost foam casting method with the Ω-shaped steel skeleton in the center.Through the production process,the hammers have high hardness,good wear resistance,not broken in use,its service life is 2 times more than that of high manganese steel.
