摘要
碱性酚醛树脂自硬砂作为一种新型的砂芯粘结剂,由于其粘结剂和固化剂不含N、P、S等元素,被广泛应用在铸钢件的生产。使用碱酚醛自硬树脂砂制作低温风电球铁铸件的工艺及生产过程表明,碱酚醛自硬树脂砂也可以生产风电球铁件,和呋喃树脂砂相比,成本相当,但更环保。
Alkaline phenolic resin sand as a new sand core binder are widely used in the production of steel castings due to free N,P,S and other elements in its binder and curing agent.The production process of alkali phenolic resin sand used for self-hard low-temperature wind power castings of ductile iron show that,compared with furan resin sand,the alkali phenolic resin sand has the advantage of the cost of equivalent,but more environmentally friendly in the production of wind power castings of low-temperature ductile iron.
