摘要
为了使摄像机和焊枪相对位置标定算法简化,采用跟焊枪同轴的机构,并可避免因为长期使用导致机构磨损从而定位精度下降的现象。提出了新的焊缝初始点的识别算法、图像的视觉控制法,这样就可以快速定位焊缝的初始点。实验结果显示,用这种新方法不仅定位精度高,而且定位速度快。
In order to make the calibration algorithm of the relative position between the camera and the torch simplify,a coaxial mechanism with the torch was used to avoid the phenomenon of positioning accuracy decline due to wear in long-term use.An new recognition algorithm of initial weld point was proposed to quickly locate the initial weld points.Experimental results show that this new algorithm has high positioning accuracy and positioning speed.
