摘要
通过控制轧后冷却工艺参数的方法,研究了冷却工艺参数对建筑钢筋横截面组织、晶粒尺寸和常温力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过控制冷却工艺参数可以改变钢筋横截面晶粒尺寸,随着钢筋横截面距离边部距离的增加,钢筋的晶粒尺寸在不断增加;随着上冷床温度的升高,钢筋的屈强比逐渐升高;轧后快速冷却和轧后空冷的强屈比相当,但是前者的屈服强度和抗拉强度要高。
The influence of cooling process parameters on the microstructure, grain size and mechanical properties of the steel bars were studied. The results show that controlling cooling process parameters can change the grain size of the cross section of steel bar, with the increase of the distance from the cross section edge, the grain size of the steel bar increases.With the increase of the temperature of up cooling bed, the yield strength ratio of the steel bar increases gradually. The yield strength ratio is quite under fast cooling after rolling and air cooling after rolling, but the former's yield strength and tensile strength is higher.
